| Erikson Institute, a graduate school in child development located in downtown Chicago, is seeking to hire a program director for the Center for Children and Families satellite center. The Program Director for the new Satellite Center for Children and Families (CCF) is a full-time position reporting to the Director of CCF. This position combines administrative leadership, community and referral outreach, clinical supervision, as well as direct mental health services in a new branch office of the CCF in a Hispanic community. Clinical services include parent-child psychotherapy, parent psycho-educational groups, and assessments. During the CCF/Satellite Center implementation phase, the Program Director will take the lead to oversee the implementation and opening phase of this new branch office. In collaboration with the director of CCF and the CCF business manager, the Satellite Center Program Director develops and monitors administrative, client and insurance billing, and clinical procedures and services. The Program Director will also serve as the administrative liaison between CCF and the Satellite Center for Children and Families. |
Roles & Responsibilities: A. Provide administrative leadership at the CCF Satellite Center Services branch including establishing and monitoring administrative procedures and protocols. B. Provide clinical services include parent-child psychotherapy, parent psycho-educational groups, and assessments. C. Track and provide revenue and expenditure data to the CCF business manager. D. Participate in establishing and monitoring Medicaid reimbursement. E. Conduct community outreach and facilitate community stakeholder collaboration. F. Supervise clinical staff at the CCF Satellite Center Services branch. G. Implement and monitor billing procedures, including 3rd party reimbursements. H. Participate in developing and writing project grants.
