Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) functions as an extension of the PACT Team and serves as the access point to mental health. The Incumbent works within the PCMHI Model serving as a Clinical Psychologist/Behavioral Health Consult. Works closely with the physician team lead, nurse case manager and all teamlets to provide brief assessment and consultation/referral for veterans with psychosocial concerns covering the full spectrum of disorders.
