The incumbent serves as Program Manager for the Domiciliary Care for Homeless Veterans (DCHV) Program of the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center, with full supervisory responsibility and functioning of the Residential Homeless Program. The DCHV consists of a 60-bed, variable length of stay program that offers the full range of medical, mental health, and substance use services to homeless Veterans with the goal of assisting Veterans to return to independent housing.
