We are looking for a Pulmonary & Sleep Health Psychologist based out of Winfield, IL, a Health Psychologist with focus in GI based out of Warrenville, IL, a Neuropsychologist based out of Romeoville, and a General Health Psychologist based out of Naperville, IL. All of these positions can be remote at least 70+% of the time, outside of training.
Sleep and Pulmonary Health Psychologist-
- Duly is seeking a clinical Sleep Psychologist interested in working with adults 18+ with sleep-related diagnoses in a primary/integrated care outpatient setting.
- Must have completed majority of training and/or clinical experience in sleep-related settings and be primarily interested in treating primary and secondary sleep diagnoses.
- Must be able to demonstrate experience with evidence-based clinical approaches to working with sleep population. Experience with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is required.
- Candidate will provide direct clinical services including health psychology-related assessment and therapy.
- Candidate must be willing to commit to working as a team member of Health Psychology which is an embedded in an outpatient multidisciplinary group practice setting.
- Must be willing/able to be embedded and/or co-located in DMG sites with sleep-related medical populations
- Develop, direct, and participate in training programs for staff and students.
- Expertise in selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of psychological tests in order to obtain information on individual's intelligence, achievements, interests, and personalities.
- Write reports on patients, and maintain required paperwork.
- Refer patients to other specialists, institutions, or support services as necessary.

GI Health Psychologist-
- Duly is seeking a clinical GI Psychologist interested in working with adults 18+ with acute and chronic gastrointestinal-related diagnoses in a primary/integrated care outpatient setting.
- Must have completed majority of training and/or clinical experience in gastrointestinal-related settings and be primarily interested in treating GI diagnoses (IBD, Crohns, functional IBS, pancreatic-biliary disorders, colitis, GERD).
- Must be able to demonstrate experience with evidence-based clinical approaches to working with GI population. Experience with Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy required.
- Experience with presurgical psychological evaluations for bariatric surgery is required.
- Experience with eating disorders is preferred.
- Candidate will provide direct clinical services including health psychology-related assessment and therapy.

Neuropsychologist-

The Neuropsychologist is responsible for the assessment, testing, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations of neuro- cognitive and emotional disorders. The psychologist will support the referring clinician and the patient by providing a data-driven understanding of the presenting neuro- behavioral processes that impact patient's life experiences. The Neuropsychologist interacts with the referring clinician, other neurological and medical specialties to enhance available data that may provide relevant information to expanded understanding of the patient's presenting problem. The goal of this process is to help develop a therapeutic/educational plan to the referring clinician/school/employer and provide appropriate recommendations for the patient and the family/caretakers.
The Journeys and Adventures that Await
- Neuropsychological evaluation.
- Evaluate and clarify patient's neuropsychological status, provide diagnostic clarification (Estimates: 4 testing pts per week, 3 intakes, 3 feedbacks)
- Review the patient's available data prior to conducting an intake. Collect collateral information as needed.
- Following the intake schedule patients visit for testing. This may include testing by the neuropsychologist or qualified psychometrician. The goal is to test the patient within one month of intake.
- Score the data and incorporate this information into a comprehensive report.
- Meet with the patient (and family if appropriate) for feedback session, provide this information in a clear and cohesive manner, present the patient with the report if needed. The goal is to provide feedback to the patient within two weeks of the final testing appointment.
- Participate in collaborative feedback session with the patient if other testing modalities were utilized.
- Adhere to departmental standards.
- Maintains current and active clinical records.
- Prepare SOAP notes and documentation utilizing agreed-upon formats timely and accurately.
- Comply with organizational, state and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Document clinically relevant patient data in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide evidenced based treatment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Attend supervisions and meetings to stay up to date on clinical best practice. Participate in educational training, presentations, research, and program developmental activities.
- Complete mandatory organizational training as needed.
- Review relevant literature, synthesize evidence-based materials, and translate complex behavioral health concerns.
- Act as expert resource to other disciplines.
- Provide psychological expertise and education to multidisciplinary team.
- Will comply with state licensure requirements.

The Experiences You Bring
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) required
- PsyD, PhD Certification from the State of Illinois
- Clinical neuropsychology field of study
- 3-5 years of experience in Neuropsychology
- Experience working with patients in medical or neuropsychological settings.
- Experience working with patients in specific age groups.
- Experience with neuropsychological assessment tools understanding: administration, utility, interpretation, and limitations.
- Experience working with patients with various brain related disorders.
- Experience with evaluating relevant medical information such as general medical conditions including endocrine functioning, metabolic states, medication effects.
- Experience in reading and interpreting neuro- radiological reports.
- Experience and desire for working with a collaborative and dynamic multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in scientific laboratory and/or research.
- Knowledge of current assessment protocols and tools used in the neuropsychological practice.
- Knowledge of neurobiological substrates of neuropsychiatric disorders.
- Knowledge of basic human physiology and related disorders.
- Knowledge of pharmacological agents that impact cognition and behavior.

- Duly is seeking a clinical General Health Psychologist interested in working with adults 18+ in areas of general behavioral medicine and healthy lifestyle change in a primary/integrated care outpatient setting.
- Must have completed majority of training and/or clinical experience in health psychology settings and be primarily interested in treating general health psychology diagnoses.
- Must be able to demonstrate experience with evidence-based clinical approaches to working with multiple types of general health psychology populations.
- Experience with healthy lifestyle changes, stress management, basic sleep and pain management populations required.
- Candidate will provide direct clinical services including health psychology-related assessment and therapy.
- Candidate must be willing to commit to working as a team member of Health Psychology which is an embedded in an outpatient multidisciplinary group practice setting.
- Must be willing/able to be embedded and/or co-located in DMG sites with general medical populations.
- Write reports on patients, and maintain required paperwork.
