Position: Psychologist Annual Salary Ranges: Telehealth/Headquarters/Onsite: $132,228 – $162,372 – Licensed $112,020 – $133,932 – Pre-Licensed Psychologists providing in-person care in an inpatient unit will receive: $152,052 – $186,720 – Licensed $128,820 – $154,020 – Pre-Licensed Recruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired with the State of CA and providing in-person care has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing at a 7% bonus by year 7.
