Centurion Health is seeking a Regional Director of Mental Health Services to lead services for our client, the Illinois Department of Corrections in Southern Illinois.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the development, implementation, coordination, promotion and evaluation of clinical services to include providing direct clinical services
Ensure that behavioral/mental health services delivered are in compliance with correctional mental health standards
Supervise non-psychiatric staff including psychologists, social workers, counselors, and clerical support as assigned
Monitor, assess, and coach staff on clinically related procedures, recommending training or education as needed
Interpret and consult on all Administrative Regulations or Standard Operating Procedures related to behavioral/mental health services

Essential Qualifications:
Ph.D., Psy.D,from an accredited institution required.
Active Illinois Clinical Psychologist license
Leadership/supervisory experience
Passion for mission-driven, population health work
