Centurion Health is seeking a Regional Director of Mental Health Services to lead services for our client, the Illinois Department of Corrections in Southern Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development, implementation, coordination, promotion and evaluation of clinical services to include providing direct clinical services
• Ensure that behavioral/mental health services delivered are in compliance with correctional mental health standards
• Supervise non-psychiatric staff including psychologists, social workers, counselors, and clerical support as assigned
• Monitor, assess, and coach staff on clinically related procedures, recommending training or education as needed
• Interpret and consult on all Administrative Regulations or Standard Operating Procedures related to behavioral/mental health services

Essential Qualifications:

• Ph.D., Psy.D,from an accredited institution required. 
• Active Illinois Clinical Psychologist license
• Leadership/supervisory experience
• Passion for mission-driven, population health work
• Correctional experience is a plus
