Konick & Associates is a collaborative mental health practice supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families through life’s challenges. We take an integrated approach to mental health, offering therapy and comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological testing all in one place, allowing care to be thoughtful, coordinated, and individualized.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, our clinicians tailor services to each client’s unique needs, helping individuals and families gain clarity, define goals, and move forward in ways that feel meaningful to them. Our Center for Testing provides evaluations for ADHD, learning differences, autism, anxiety, mood concerns, and executive functioning, with results designed to be practical and supportive for families, schools, and referring providers.
We specialize in working with neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, and we provide gender-affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients. Our team is highly experienced in child, teen, and family therapy, with an emphasis on partnering with parents to help reinforce skills and strategies at home.
Konick & Associates is Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, ...Aetna PPO and United Healthcare/Optum Behavioral insurance plans and offers both in-person and virtual services across our two Naperville locations, with flexible scheduling including daytime availability.
Beyond clinical care, we value education and collaboration. Dr. Lisa Konick and her team regularly provide informational seminars and community outreach to support parents, educators, and professionals. We also train future mental health providers through a structured internship program that emphasizes supervision, hands-on experience, and professional growth.
We deeply value relationships with community partners and welcome opportunities to collaborate and coordinate care in support of the individuals and families we serve. Referrals are always welcome, and we are happy to collaborate and coordinate care when helpful.
